As per my knowledge we don't any effective ways or tools except monitoring it manually
you could use this thread as a reference to debug your tasks
You can change the level of detail inside the log files using the link that Avinash posted.
Also when you edit these 3 files:
- C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\Engine\Qlik.NPrinting.Engine.exe.config
- C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\Scheduler\Qlik.NPrinting.Scheduler.exe.config
- C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\WebEngine\Qlik.NPrinting.WebEngine.exe.config
make sure to delete any instance of the following:
and then be sure to restart the services after you have saved the config files.

i forgot to close this discussion,
i talked with Qlik support , and the next version will provide more detailed logs.
as for the mailing issue , it's connected to the mail server i try to use , apparently if your mail server
requires user and password mail aren't sent.
this issue should be solved in the next version due to be release in august
