Is there an oem kit for OCX 12 that has x64 and x86

I don't find an OCX EOM Kit with x64 and x86 on the download site for 12.00 SR4

Per QV Support ... OCX 12.00 does not support x86.

OCX 11.20 SR 15 is last version to support x86 and x64.
