What is an optimal number of images in NPrinting report?

I have 2 reports that I need to combine into one, when running separately, both reports run in a couple of minutes, when running a combined version it may take up to few hours. Both reports use the same source QV document.

Any workaround suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have any advice and/or workarounds for this problem? We're seeing it in NPrinting 16 SR4, specifically.
