Section Access in Qlik Sense

I've tried to implement section access in Qlik Sense APP and it work fine with Windows's PC. But if i try to open the same APP (with same user) with IOS (Iphone, Ipad or Macbook)  and Android's Device (Smartphone or Tablet) the APP returns the error "Access is denied". I removed the section access and the APP it opened without any problem also from ios.

It is a bug or something wrong?

I'm using Qlik Sense Server Version 2.2.4.

I've tried with Qlik Sense Server Version 3.0.0 but the hub does not open with IOS and Android's Device.

Any suggestion?

Finally i have found the solution: enter the username such as .\username and the IOS and Android not recognizes this. When i insert the username such as machine-name\username the section access work correctly.
