How has the server RAM ?

Remember that the minimum should be 8GB

To me it thinks of the same with a qvw having a size of 1.5 MB

I'm not sure if it is by RAM or a failure of the tool

I hope you serve something my answer

Hi Karen, installed memory 256GB. I think this amount is sufficient enough

We have the same problem.

The qvw has a size of 396 MB and is created with QV 11 SR15. Installed memory 32 GB.

The server seems to do nothing (task manager).

This has solved the problem:

Re: Nprinting17 Metadata reload - connection status stuck on generating?

Stop the services in the right order and start the services in the reverse order.

Don´t forget the service Rabitt MQ !

I don't think this resolved my problem.

Other .qvw files have no issue to generate except 1 which having larger file size 400MB.

Try installing the latest version - 17.1.2.  It made a big difference for me,

Sorry to hear that.

Have you tried with a small .qvw (<50 mb)  and made sure there is no security on the file?
