I started getting the following message when I clicked "Documents" from QMC for our QA server. Does anyone have any idea what this message means and how to fix it?

Solved the issue :-)
I used google chrome and had saved a few users and passwords on this site.
After deleting for qmc sites it works fine.
Thanks. I just saw your post. And yes, that was it. Once I cleared saved users and passwords on the QMC sites, the annoying warning messages are gone. Thanks for the help. Appreciate it.
