URGENT: NOT_AUTHORIZED while extracting the Data from SAP

Hello Gurus,

I have a QlikView report that currenly extract the data from our sandbox SAP Server. Recently, our Basis engineer gave me the user account which can connect me to another Development with different CLient number. By the time I extract the data to out sandbox, there is nothing wrong the process, but if I swith off to another account which connect me to another Client, it says that there's no authorization. Can You help me to define what is the cause of this problem and How I can handle it? Below I also attach the Picture to describe further about the error message. Thank you all for the attention

You have to put some roles or authorizations in SAP on the user who extract data , better is a user type service, i think you didn't have right role on it.

SAP_ALL give all the authorization in SAP.
