Have you gone to the Services -> Training page? If you put 'SAP' in the search courses box it will give you a list of the the SAP Connector Videos available. The SAP User group has some its wiki and templates.
Lars might have a new PPT but you can also make a good ppt using the material in the Installation Manual that describes how QlikView connects to SAP. The can dowload the installation guide in the dowloads section of this site.
