I would get in touch with our Qoncierge service and see if they can assist you.
You can log a case on our Support Portal (no need to be logged in for Qoncierge cases), just choose "I have an issue with Qlik Websites" > "I am having an issue accessing Qlik Portals" and you can then either chat with a Qoncierge agent, or submit a case to us.

Have you been able to access the Partner Portal previously?
It looks like your Qlik Community login is not correctly associated with your partner company, as partners usually have a green P after their login name.
I would raise this with the Qoncierge. email@example.com
