I have a dashboard with SalesForce data that works fine in QlikView through Access Point. We've then embedded the dashboard back into SalesForce.com. I believe it's just referencing our internal URL from the SalesForce.com for our company (SaaS).
However, all scrollbars through the SalesForce portal do not work. It looks like the dashboard is not utilizing the IE plug in but I would assume that it should work whether you're using the IE plug in or not.
