I have an issue I want to log at support. I have a Qlik User valid for Branch and Community, but it doesn't give me permission to log a case at support. Therefore I'm trying as a Guest with the following loop:
- Login Info "You do not have permissions to log in to the Support Portal. You are welcome to continue as a Guest". As a Guest you are still able to log a case with us."
OK, I want to log a case as a guest, so I continue.
Next screen: Log a Case.... What can we help you with? I fill in "I have a performance issue". Response: Please Login before raising the case.
