Difference Between NPrinting Server and Designer

Hi All,

Firstly what is the difference between NPrinting Server and NPrinting Designer

I have a NPrinting Designer License. Does it also works for NPrinting Server or do we need to have a separate license for NPrinting Server.

Please help to understand.

nprinting designer is used to design reports , schedule distribution ,recipients management

and the server is responsible for running the tasks automatically

you need a license for the server

in version 17 you only need server license , each server license includes designer licenses

Thank You for Your reply.. I have a License for Nprinting Designer 16.2. Can I use the same license in NPrinting Server 17.2. Please clarify.

I don't think its will work , check with your Qlik partner once
