I have installed the Qlik Sense server on AWS (windows 2012R). I am able to access the qmc and hub within the windows server. However, when I try accessing it from our remote machine(from my laptop), I am not able to connect (browser shows a message "This site can't be reached"). The firewall at AWS end has been configured to expose the required https ports, Also, the whitelisting of the server url has been done under Virtual Proxy of Qlik Sense server. Any idea what might be the issue?
Strangely, when I configure the Virtual Proxy to allow anonymous users, I am able to access the Qlik Sense hub from my laptop. So, I am confident that this has nothing to do with the firewall at AWS end. Am I missing something in my configuration?
