NPrinting Can't Find a Supported Reporting Output Producer

I'm creating an excel report. When I test the task to run the report I am receiving an error that reads as

Error: Qlikview NPrinting can't find a supported reporting output producer for the file (file name).

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've tried reinstalling microsoft office standard 2013.

Have you tried the solution proposed here  NPrinting Pixel Perfect Report – cannot add objects?

Hi

I think there may be a bug ?

Something between NP and PowerPoint?

I resolved this (after trying lots of different things) by simply copying the ppt template, renaming it, then repointing the template name in NP to the new ppt

Report output worked first time

Changed nothing else - so don't ask why it worked, no reason why it should
