How to display only a specified number of customers in a stacked bar chart and label the rest as Others

Hi,

I have a bar chart where I include volumes divided by customer. I have more than 10 customers and I only want to display the five biggest and label the rest as others in the stacked bar chart. How do I go about doing this?

Hi Glennson,

this is possile. What you have to do is first go to the sort tab in the propertis window and do a sorting by yvlue in decending order. Then you have to go to the presentation tab and then check the check box which says " max Visible number" nd make it to 5 under the Dimensions and Limitations. This should solve your issue. Hope this helps,

In the Presentation tab of your chart, you have got 2 options to check :

1. Max Visible Numbers (1 - 100) --> 5

2. Show Others

I've forgot to tell you to make a sorting by Y-value in decending order.
