Is there a log file in NPrinting that I can use to count the number of documents produced

Hi, I am trying to find the easiest way to count the total number of documents we produce on a monthly basis from all out nsq.  I could do a tale within each Qlikview application of all the different dashboards and cycles but just wondered if there was a quicker way

Yes there are log files for NPrinting.

One way to identify the number of reports created is to identify the number of recipients for each report.

Hi the majority of the files save to a folder, could you advise the name and location of the log files please?

If you open up NPrinting Server, you will find Log Settings which tells you where the NPrinting Logs are held. In the logs there is a line 'Message Sending Message' which I think occurs for every email you send out.

You could create a little qlikview app to count these messages and their destination.
