I am using NPrinting to send the QV report.
In generally, the reports are sent successfully, but sometimes, schedule is running and never done.
As you know when we use NP server to send the report, there is a popup window to show the NP process is running, please see the attachment. Then I click see more button on that Popup window, I saw that the NP Service is opening the QV from server mode and there is no response. So I guess, why sometimes the schedule is not done because it is down with that Open in Server Step.
So when I found that issue, I have to stop it by manually.
Do you have any idea how overcome it?
