How to define the default values in QlikSense

Dear All,

Since I am new to QlikSense, I have a one question.

How to define the default value in Filter pane.

Ex : In filter pane I am using Company

001

002

003

004

005

Based on the above data, I have to define the default value is 002. How to achieve this.

The base product doesn't allow you to define a default you will need to look into an extension option.

Hello Naresh,

The use of Bookmarks is the recommended / preferred way to save selection states. You would set your selection, create a bookmark and then open the bookmark instead of the sheet:

This can also be achieved with an extension object as mentioned by Bella. However you should check for an object that has been submitted to Branch at: Qlik Branch  - you can learn more about extension objects and branch here:

However I am not sure if one exists that supports a default selection.
