Line charttooltip on legend label used as expression

Dear team,

Can we add tootip on legend used as expression on line chart so that we can see the complete label and not restricted to charater limit.

Clienst wants to hover around the legend and tootip should popup wih complete text .

See the attached image.

Here legends of KPI doe snot appear full an drestrcited.So what we want isto have some tolltip so that once you hover around the legend it popup wirh complete KPI Name. (Legends here are Accessfailure....,Blocking Rate....) etc

Please advise.
