Need help regarding Qlikview Administration Certification

I need some details regarding the Qlikview Administration Certification. I have my doubts regarding the following:

1.) Is the exam MCQ based? If yes then how many number of questions will be there?

2.) Passing percentage of the exam?

3.) I completed the Qlikview Skills Assessment for System Administration and based on the percentage that I secured it was advised to go for Performance and Scalability course training. Is Performance and Scalability course a must for Qlikview System administration Certification?

Please help me with these doubts if possible.
