I've got a licence but don't know how to upgrade!

to whom..

When I try to open some downloaded qvw files, my QlikView application states that I have a Personal Edition only, yet my employer has purchased several. When I try to click on 'Contact Licence Enabler Server' from (Tools-Licence Update) I just get the message to contact QlikView support..? I have the Licence number allocated to me - what do I do?

and put your license number!!!
