Displaying Top N Values

Hello,

I am looking to restrict the rows displayed in a Straight Table based on an expression, please look at the attached sample.

Ascending block should display only the negative variance numbers and the Descending block should display only the Positive Variance numbers, and if there are no negative/Positive numbers then the rows should be omitted.

Thanks.

Then try this

1. Largest Value should be 6

2. Others Option will be selected.

But this will not limit the variance to display only the negative/Positive numbers.

Hello Manish,

I will have to compute the Variance using the Expressions and will not be able use the SUM(Variance) as it is. This is just a sample for simplicity.

Also, there is no restriction to show only the Positive /Negative variances here.

Replace SUM(Variance) with

SUM([2016USD])-SUM([2015 USD])

in Calculated DImension,

Expression and Sort expression
