NPrinting 17 images issue

Hello, I'm new in NPrinting!I I have installed NPrinting 17.2 for QlikSense. But when I add an image to my report i get a problem:img-2016-11-02-17-50-41.png

This problem don't depands on type of report - Excel,Power Point,Word,HTML

Can anybody help with advice?
