I wanted to give a bunch of users the ability to publish apps as well as schedule tasks to reload the apps. For this purpose, I have created a role called PublishAdmin and have given them access to view QMC-Apps and QMC->Tasks under QMC. I have given access to Edit, Delete, Publish, Import, Reload, & Duplicate under QMC->Apps by configuring the security appropriately. Though, the users designated as PublishAdmin are able to publish apps to streams they not able to Replace published apps and have the Delete and Publish apps to achieve the same. Any idea what Security Rule I will have to change to achieve this?
