Nprinting 17.2 report doesn't attached

Hi,

I'm using nprinting 17.2 task to send mail to around 20 users.

Each mail contains 3 reports.

however when I used to task 2 of my users got only 2 reports.

when I'm sending this task to only both of them the got all 3.

Has someone got this strange behavior?
