How to make Blue Bar Y axis on Left and Red Bar On Right and make both bar same height ?

Hi All

Now my Blue bar is Sales amount , Red bar is Net profit . sales bar very tall and net profit bar very short.

I need to make both bar same height. So i need Blue Bar Y axis scale on left and Red bar Y Axis scale on right.

So that i can show that net profit is drop a lot when sales is drop a bit.

May i know how to do it ?
