Not directly. You can use two apps with two tasks. One to reload an app the fetches the data. That first task you run only when you want a data refresh. And a second task that loads data from the other app and is redistributed. If you want to redistribute but without a data refresh you only run the second task. The data in the first app will not have changed so that data can be reloaded in the second app without changing any data.
