Weird issue - the search object results are disappearing

Hi,

I've created search object in my model.

All the clients use it but only one client cannot use it because all the result go out his screen.

I see the results in his computer but they are bisected.

Note: in my computer everything is OK.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?
