Upgraded failed. An error has ocurred

I was upgrading my Qlik Sense Desktop free version and suddenly it happened an error. The previous version has been deleted and now I can´t see any of the apps I´ve got. I need your help

Hi,

1. Backup your folder : C:\Users\{user}\Documents\Qlik\Sense
2. Uninstall your desktop version
3. Reinstall new version
4. Restore your Qlik folder backup

Depending of the version you try to install but refer to the release note if you try to upgrade to 3.1.3 version :

NOTE: Qlik Sense 3.1 SR3 is only available as a full installation (MSI) file.

 There is no MSP file available for Qlik Sense 3.1 SR3, therefore an update from 3.1.x requires a

full install.

 If you want to rollback from 3.1 SR3 to a previous 3.1.x version, first uninstall 3.1 SR3 and then

install the version you want to rollback to. Your data will not be affected.
