Qlik Sense Desktop Application - installation issue - Proxy authentication required (network use a Proxy device)

Hello,

Can you please let me know if it is possible to include (increment) the proxy credentials (user name and password) in a configuration file (settings) for the Qlik Sense Desktop application in order to make the Qlik Sense Desktop to be able to access the internet through the Proxy device from the network.

Below is the actual scenario:

I have installed the Qlik Sense Desktop application successfully and I also have created an account but when I run it for the first time the application I always receive the following error message if the computer is inside an network with a Proxy device (see the attached print-screens 1 and 2):
"Could not Reach https://qlikid.qlik.com/#/signin with error (-111)."


The computer that I use is part of a network that has a Proxy device installed and this Proxy device is requesting for authentication credentials (user name and password)
For example to navigate to the internet I need to enter the user name and password that are requested by the Proxy device that will authenticate me and then I will have access to the internet. (see the attached print screen 3)

I would like to know if there is a configuration file that can be edited and to add this proxy details in order to make the Qlik Sense Desktop application to be able to access the internet?

I already tried to edit the file services.conf and I added the proxy url (with the user name and password of Proxy) but it did not worked...

As long as the computer on which Qlik application is installed is inside of the network with the Proxy device the Qlik Sense Desktop application is NOT able to start because the proxy authentication is required and I receive the same error message:

"Could not Reach https://qlikid.qlik.com/#/signin with error (-111)."

The Proxy device is requesting the user name and password and it blocks the internet access of the Qlik application...

I made a test and without proxy device enabled it works fine and the application Qlik Sense Desktop can connect to the internet and I can continue and open the application...

Of course a solution can be to add the url ( https://qlikid.qlik.com/#/signin‌ ) to the proxy device white list but I need to know if I can set somehow the proxy details for the Qlik Sense Desktop application.


All ideas and help are welcome.
