tuned, (Which contains only YES or NO )
rep_id

Table 2:
Radio_ id
from
NMS.xlsx
Note:
1) we already have tuned list in Table 1 we need to get do not tune list (Which should contain only YES or NO) as new column based on radio id ( each 'id' that has an associated Radio ID on this list.)
2) rep_id and Radio_id is not same (rep_id should be different and Radio_id should be different)

You must have referenced key in one of these table. Otherwise, you'll get either wrong resultset or cartisian join.
what is "id" in Expected Result table? Radio Id?

the assume table 1 contains rep id and the table 2 contains Radio id
but both are different
Can you share Raw data for this which demonstrates the output

So the records from both tables are totally unrelated? Any random combination of a record from one table with a record from the other table is a valid combination?
