I'm using Windows 2008 R2. So, when I want to create PixelPerfect Report I got this error:

Never encounter problem with PixelPerfect.
But I think you lost the connection of Nprinting and PixelPerfect editor.
I think you can try to re-install nprinting. If it still does not work, then you can ask the QV support.
