I'm having an issue trying to load data into an app that was working just fine.
The data load won't complete, and I keep geting this message (translating from portuguese):
"An error occurred
The connection with Qlik Sense mechanism failed for unspecified reasons. Refresh your browser or contact system admin"
It happened after I tried to load new data from a .xlsx file. So I deleted it from the script. But even without the part of the script that caused the error, it keeps showing me this error message.
Does anyone have experienced this?
Do I have any support from Qlik when upgrading to Cloud Business?
