access to report

Hi Team,

One of my user have access to xyz.qvw. he has both IE and QV plug in installed in his local machine. When he tried to open that xyz.qvw report it is taking much time to open and other reports in his machine it took less time to open, the report is opening to other users perfectly. Can you please let us know what should I do in this case.

Whats the size of your application ?? and check the RAM size in both the user system

My QVW size is 77MB and his laptop RAM size is 8GB RAM.

RAM size is 8GB!! then it should not take much time to load , check the network once and ask the user to close all the browsers and app once and check again ...
