If they do not solve your problem, please go to Qlik Support and create a support ticket. You will need to log the case as a "Guest" instead of being logged in with your QlikID. Click the “Contact Support” button to the right of the page. It will prompt you to select from a variety of drop downs. Choose "I have an issue with Qlik Sense Cloud" and "I want to report a bug" and complete your contact information.
