Totals value in pivot table incorrect

Hi I would like to change the Totals values in a pivot table (top) to resemble those of the normal table (bottom) as shown in the picture. Totals values in the pivot table should be Sum(s) and apart from Sales they aren't. I also don't know how to change the 'Margin as %' into an average value (in the pivot table).

Also is it possible to change the 'Totals' values colour in the normal table?

(P.S. the products and values in both the pivot and the normal table are the same.)
