I'm having an issue where Access Point is having to reconnect before the Session config timeout . Config is set to 30 minutes but we are getting intermittent issues with a User needing to go back to their application after only being idle for 5 to 10 minutes and it's forcing a reconnect, therefore losing their previous selections.
The User has a Named CAL. Others are experiencing this on other apps but I haven't researched it yet to see if all the Users have Named CALs, simply because I don't know who they are yet or the applications.
Anyone experience this kind of issue? Any suggestions? We've looked Session logs and it shows the session is ending according to what is is set in the config settings and QVS performance seems to indicate no issue
