Unable to create a relationship between tables (tables not loaded?)

Hello,

I got this message in the data manager. I would like to be able to link the primary keys of these 3 tables but I get this message stating that the data was loaded by script (correct) but is visible only once the data loaded...

Is there someone there to help me understand why is that ?

Would you recommend a way to create links between tables other than adding a relationship through this view ?
