Named Cals Didn´t Work

Hello, I would like to know if anyone could help me with this issue. Yesterday, qlikview services were restarted and all assigned licenses were deleted.


We proceeded to assign these manually, now we have a drawback, the Named Cals apparently did not work.


Users are sent error "access denied the server (qvs) has not USER CAL for your account .."


For example We have 3 assigned licenses of 7 which is the limit. Someone could tell me how to solve this problem. Urgent!

Have you checked that there is an assigned licence within your server:

Hi Carlyle,

When you check QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server > Client Access Licenses (CALs) >General, how many Named User CALs are shown as available?

When you check QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server > Client Access Licenses (CALs) > Assigned CALs, do you see Named User CALs assigned to these users?

I solved my problem putting check ' allow dynamic CAL assignment'
