Trying to create a annual view of results by adding field combinations<

I posted this previously with no reply but I know this should be able to work.  I'm trying to create a dimension using a variable that will reference a dimension & month combination but getting nowhere!  The table below is an example.  My model is quite larger than this, but this simple example is the problem.  I want to create a full year scenario called "Cur Fcst" that will pull Actual Jan, Actual Feb, 2+10 Forecast Mar-Dec.  How do I do that???
