Access Denied (authentication_failed) opening Qlik Sense Desktop

Hello,

I'm having a recurrent problem opening the Qlik Sense Desktop...

My Qlik Sense Desktop works when I'm working without proxy, but I must be in a Proxy+VPN environtment to accés de data from my costumer database.

Somehow I get a "Access Denied (authentication_failed)" message  when I open the desktop... even before showing the applications I have in local.

Sometimes I refresh and it works... most of the time it doesn't.

Any ideas?

Even if I can open the desktop, I get these messages when I try to work with my customer VPN:

Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/sense/app/C%3A%5CUsers%5C66564394%5CDocuments%5CQlik%5CSense%5CApps%5CJira.qvf with error (-130).

Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub/my/work with error (-130).

The desktop doesn't open... neither by itself or using the browser.
