Share a app in Work folder with Users

Hi All,

I have a app in my work folder which I would like to share with a user so that he can confirm the metrics before publishing it in the Stream. How can I achieve this in QlikSense?

Hi Ajinkya,

I could only think about two possibilities:

1. You give your login credentials to the user who will review the metrics. He/She can login to the server with your credentials.
2. You create a developer account, registered at the Sense Server, and that's the one you use to do your developments, then reviews by someone else will be less compromising, as he/she will be using the same developer account credentials.

You are not breaking any Qlik Sense License rules, because that's one of Qlik features, the same account can connect up to 5 times from different devices.

Firefox is the best browser to support this idea, because it always prompt you for your login credentials.

A couple of other options:

1. In qmc copy the app, then change the owner to the user that should confirm the metrics
2. In qmc create another stream, publish the app to that stream, grant the user access to that stream

What happens if 6th user tries to login using same credentials as the 5 are using?
I would appreciate your response!
