assuming that you can connect through a desktop browser then on your ipad/iphone check that ensure that you turn off "private" browsing.
Again Assuming you can using other devices - Are you trying to connect using HTTPS or HTTP. If HTTPS are you using the default self signed cert if so I understand that this wont work.
However always best to give more information - Are you get an error msg or something else etc
