NPrinting Server Setup installation error

While installing N Printing Server set up I am getting the below error message.

Please any one help me to resolve this.

This service is run usually by NetworkService user. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms684272(v=vs.85).aspx

You may want to check privileges for this user in first place.

Did you follow ALL strict rules when creating NPrinting dedicated account and checked ALL pre-install requirements?
