I have reinstalled QlikSense Enterprise Edition 3.2.
But No apps are visible in any of the stream. It is showing below message

By re-install do you mean a de-install following by an install ?
If so, then I do hope you backed everything including your apps, as the de-install has probably removed everything.
I have De-installed followed by an install. I have backed up apps as well.
But the issue is- I can see all the apps properly in QMC, But Not in Hub.
Have you checked the security rules to see people including yourself have suitable permissions ?
Though I have checked the security rules , and they are proper.
Could you please mention any specific security rule I should cross check on.
Make sure that all the apps are "published" to specific stream in QMC and you are looking under that specific stream.
Also, hope database backup has been restored as well.
I have checked the Apps folder in the server ,and I found it has created a .lock file for all the applications.

Lock can be dealt through file/folder access or permission to user running Qlik services. Were you able to check for apps in the QMC for migration status as covered above?
Also, has database been restored from the backup? Unless database is restored, apps won't be visible.
I guess ,that could be the reason,Database might not have restored properly.

Tried to repair the installation, but unfortunately it didst work.
so I had to go for fresh install.
Yes , it is showing successful.
Also I have tried deleting lock file for one application,restarted all services,still no apps are visible
