Need help and view to start a new area "QlikView"

Hello Everyone,

I want your suggestion and views to start working on QlikView. I am having 10 years of IT experience on Mainframe. Currently, there is no growth & opportunities in Mainframe and hence I am thinking to change my technology and to start working on QlikView but before starting I am really confuse whether I should have to change my technology as a Qlikview or not? Will it be helpful to change the technology at this stage of my carrier? Will I get good opportunities?

Kindly suggest and help me ..!!

LastValue() returns the value that was loaded last from the records defined by the expression, sorted by a group by clause.
