I have a customer reporting problems with IE Plugin.
The user is the only one having this issue in the organization.
Reported problem: the user gets this screen and then IE gets locked.

Any help will be appreciated.
have you tried downgrade Internet Explorer to version 9
Hi Taj, thank you for your response. No, I have not done the downgrade. Everyone are using IE 11 and it's working fine. I think it may be something related to that user's PC configuration.
Looks like user using directly dashboard link.Try going to access point and then open dashboard and also try changing preferred client from IE to Full Browser or vice versa in Access Point Favorites &Profile
Just for the record.. after many and many windows updates (restart included) it works again.
Unfortunatly I can't point at one update as the good one.
