Change a license from qlik sense server installed in a server to another one
Hi community
I bought a new server and installed a recent version of qlik sense server on it. And now, i'm trying to activate the old license on the new server. do i have to remove it from the old server and then activate it on the new on ? or there is a better solution for that ?
If your old and new server is in same network, instantly there will be conflict and it can cause trouble for your license. if both are in different network , when you try to activate it will warn you. You may take back up of your old server , deactivate it and activate your new server then restore your back to new server .
