Map object question - Qlik Sense

Hello All

I am in dire need of help, the request is to have zip codes plotted by the map object in Qlik Sense.

There are apps currently present that do not have zip code data, we have added the zip code data to the view that pulls connects to qlik sense, but the map object still doesn't recognize it...

Any suggestions?

Are you trying to use the built in map object in Qlik Sense.

Here is sample data, i want to be able to plot it on the MAP object, the built in map object in Qlik Sense.

I'd just like to see zip code's on the  map in colors of counts maybe by city or county?

I think the issue is that you don't have any longitude and latitude coordinates for your data.  I don't believe the out of the box map will work without that.

What is the easiest way to get LAT/LONG?

Via API?

You would have to get it from an external source. 

Here is a link to another post in the community.  But I don't know if it will work in Qlik Sense or not.
