Recently I've experienced that when logging on the qlik community site on MS internet browser I get a blank page with qlik logo on the top left side:
I still can log on the site on Chrome without any problem. Does anybody else have seen the same?
IE 11 still seems to work, although it's awfully slow.
What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
BTW in your case, switching to another browser is still the best option.
Our IE version is 11 (11.0.42). It is not possible on our customers' network to install and run other browsers than IE.
Then you're stuck, I guess.
Does IE11 work allright when visiting AccessPoint documents? In that case, your only problem is with the community (and possibly with the downloads site)?
Yes, we have never had problems with running QlikView applications (QMC, AccessPoint) but only QlikView community
Fortunately you're not without options here. I think the best thing you can do is send a message to Qoncierge and report the issues you have with a supported browser version. They may have some workaround for you.
